Returns & Refunds
At ESSENZA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel and shapewear that have been worn or washed
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at gc743856@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will send you return instructions
- Ship the item back to us at your own cost
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at gc743856@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
